Srinagar,February,5 2017-CNS:-J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today held a day long political convention in Srinagar today, in which party workers from across the Kashmir valley despite heavy snowfall participated with great enthusiasm.
J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President G.A. Mir, presided over the convention, besides Senor Party functionaries, MLA, MLCs participated and addressed the convention also.
The convention was called to debate and discuss impact of demonetization, interference in Democratic Institutions by the Coalition Govt in the State and many other issues of public interest.
Addressing the convention JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir said Congress party has sought clarity from the Centre Govt over the demonetization, which was implemented without being discussed or approved by the RBI, which is the main stakeholder in demonetization process, but this prestigious Institutions was sidelined by the Prime Minister, by taking a unilateral decision with regard to demonetization, which is a big scam and an loot.
He accused the Prime Minister Narinder Modi over undermining and eroding the authority of RBI, which has sent a wrong signal not only in the country, but across the world, therefore Congress Party seeks clarity and answer to of five questions raised by Rahul Gandhi such as:
He blamed the PM for failing to answer five questions raised in light of the Demonetization by Congress Vice President and described the so called demonization as a big conspiracy on the part of Prime Minister.
