Srinagar,February 24,2017 CNS:Terming forces action in Molo Chitragam as sheer vengeance, APHC chairman Syed Ali Geelani said that this barbaric act is unjustified & immoral.

Calling forces action as ruthless, Syed Ali Geelani on Friday expressed his resentment over the killing of elderly woman, thrashing people and ransacking properties by forces & said that it is absolute state terrorism.

After routine combat & encounters between armed youth, forces in retaliation target civilians and ransack properties. It is unjustified and such retributions tantamount to war crimes, said Syed Ali Geelani.

Meanwhile on the directions of Syed Ali Geelani, a deputation comprising of Haji Gh Nabi Sumji & Mohamad Amin Ahangar visited Molo Chitragam and addressed a public gathering. Sumji extended his condolence with bereaved family & said it is a wilful murder and state forces deliberately killed her. He expressed his resentment over ransacking of properties and thrashing innocent people by forces.

We are striving for a rightful cause and we have presented immense sacrifices for sacred mission, said Gh Nabi Sumji while addressing a in a local Jamia Masjid.

We need to remain cautious, said Sumji and we must safeguard these cherished sacrifices. While referring to NC, PDP & other pro-Indian political parties, Sumji warned people for their deceit and said that these unscrupulous politicians are big hurdle and unless we maintain a distance from these elements, it is very tough to achieve our goal.

Gh Nabi Sumji while referring to people’s uprising in 2016, said that people of the state conveyed a message to world about their just demand for freedom from Indian occupation, however Indian policy makers didn’t heed to these screams and turned their blind eye.

This is the main reason that situation has turned from bad to worse, said Sumji and there seems no end to human loses.

Lashing at Indian authorities for their egoistic and stubborn attitude, Sumji said, they are responsible for all agonies people are facing and the prevailing uncertainty in the region.
