New York: India polity circles of its “No first Use” Nuclear doctrine may have been revised. Pakistan fears that Indian policy towards them is not credible. This is also a part of UN agenda 21. Policy revision of its Nuclear doctrine with the hidden support of UN to India has left strategic circles in Islamabad concerned about the implications of a move towards  disarming and depopulating Pakistan by 2030. Agenda 21 is established by the UN to make world in peace and sustainable harmony of regional development. UN has statistically and specifically pin pointed global instability to Pakistan. The violent policy to support Jihad for making money by top Pakistani military and political leaders has enabled the world leaders to unleash Agenda 21 on Pakistan. UN believes that only India and China  can deter Pakistan and establish a harmonic environment in the region. Wiki-leaks has disclosed that India and China are secretively  trustworthy friends of each other who are standing by the new world order. The move of CPEC corridor of China through Pakistan is a show of deep friendship to India by China in support of UN Agenda 21. China is slowly and steadily gaining control of Pakistan to help her most trustworthy and secret friend – India.
