Srinagar, Apr 4, CNS: A complete shutdown is being observed in Kashmir valley on the third consecutive day, today, against the killings in Kashmir.
All the shops, business establishments, government and private offices remained mostly closed. Private transport, however, moved in uptown and outskirts in Srinagar.
Heavy deployment of government forces has been made in Srinagar and other sensitive places in the Kashmir Valley to “maintain peace and law and order.”
The authorities decided to close all educational institutions and postpone exams scheduled for Wednesday as tension continued in the Kashmir Valley.
