Missing policeman joins our outfit: Hizb

Srinagar, June 27,CNS: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen today claimed that fugitive policeman from Police Station Pampore has joined their ranks.

    Pertinently, a Special Police Officer (SPO) Irfan Ahmad Dar posted at police station Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district went missing on Tuesday with his service rifle AK-47 rifle.

   Burhanuddin, the Hizb Operational Spokesperson told news agency CNS over phone that Dar has joined the outfit and is safe and sound.

   Dar, who hails from Kakapora Pulwama according to police, is missing and efforts are on to trace him. “We salute this policeman and appeal all other cops to follow suit in the interest of Freedom Struggle and common people of Kashmir,” Burhanuddin said adding the joining of cops into militant ranks vindicates their stand that whole population of Kashmir irrespective of their caste, colour and creed want to put an end to Indian rule in Jammu and Kashmir.

    Burhanuddin quoted Operation Field Command Muhammad Bin as having said that days are not far when even top police officials will join them.(CNS)
