Srinagar, Oct 3, CNS: Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen Tuesday appealed police personnel not to take part in anti-militancy operations.
In a statement to news agency CNS, Hizb Chief Syed Salahuddin while hailing the role of Adil Bashir said that he is an example for those policemen who participate in anti-militancy operations.
“The job of police is maintain law and order but when they take part in operations against militants, the difference between them and Indian Forces fades away,” Salahuddin said while addressing Hizb Command Council.
Salahuddin also hailed the speech of Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at United Nations with regard to Kashmir issue. He said Pakistan whole-heartedly represented the aspirations of people of Kashmir but this country needs to put more efforts to highlight the human rights violations taking place in Kashmir. (CNS)
