South Kashmir Police Public Football tourney Young F.C, Seediqi F.C qualified for next round

Srinagar, 02 September, CNS: Today two matches were played in the ongoing South Kashmir Police Public Football tournament in Anantnag. Young Football Club and Seediqi Football Club won their matches and qualified for the next level.

          This first match of the day was played between Dailgam F.C and Young F.C at Sports stadium Anantnag that was won by Young F.C by 6-5 goals. The second match was played between Seediqi F.C and Mattan F.C at Government Degree College Anantnag that was won by Seediqi F.C.  

Large gathering of people particularly the sports lovers watched the matches. The Chief Prosecuting Officer Anantnag was chief guest on the occasion.

The tournament is organized by District Police Anantnag in collaboration with District Sports Council at Degree College Anantnag and Sports stadium Anantnag under civic action program. (CNS)
