Transfers and postings in civil Administration

Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, is transferred and posted as Secretary, State Commission for Women, vice Mr. Mehraj-ud-din Rather. 2. Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Wani, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam, vice Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat. 3. Mr. Raman Kumar Kesar, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, is transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Electoral Officer and exofficio Additional Secretary to the Government, Election Department, vice Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sarangal. 4. Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan, KAS, Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, vice Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Wani. 5. Mr. Mehraj-ud-din Rather, KAS, Secretary, State Commission for Women, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, vice Syed Qamar Sajad. 6. Mr. Mohammad Younis Malik, KAS, Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the Rural Development Department (ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government, Rural Development Department), is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, vice Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat. 7. Mr. Vikas Sharma, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah, vice Mr. Angrez Singh Rana. 8. Mr. Angrez Singh Rana, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, vice Mr. Vikas Sharma. 9. Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Sanai, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kokernag, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam, against an available vacancy. 10. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sarangal, KAS, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer and ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government, Election Department, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop, vice Mr. Raman Kumar Kesar. 11. Syed Qamar Sajad, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kokernag, vice Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Sanai. 12. Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg, vice Mr. Z.M. Khan, who is repatriated to his parent Corporation i.e. J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation.
